The first is a map of the entire state of Victoria, the second Central Southern Victoria.

2 x Vintage 20th Century German Hella SAE 080 301-124293 fog lights

Offered for sale is this pair of vintage 20th Century German fog-lights (Model 301-124293 24556R8) and mounting brackets, made by Hella and estimated as dating from the late-1970’s to 1980’s.

These high-quality lights were commonly fitted to period European cars such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Peugeot, Volvo, SAAB etc. Were tested by holding their wiring ends against a car battery and each worked (as pictured).

Perfect for completing your vintage restoration.

Both in very good original condition. No cracking to the lenses. There is some patination appropriate for these being correct vintage items and not modern reproductions. Please note this includes occasional very light abrasion to the lenses and some staining to the plastic.

2 x Vintage 20th Century English jerrycans ex-MOD (both stamped 1951) one by Briggs Motor Bodies

Offered for sale is this pair of ex-Ministry of Defence (MOD) vintage 20th Century Jerrycans, both made in 1951 (one in England by Briggs Motor Bodies (BMB), the other by PSO – this maker could not be attributed). The history and military impact of the jerrycan is well-known. For sale as a pair, will not separate.

Barn-find fresh, in as-you-see-them condition. Have not been tested.

Complete your historical military vehicle, decorate the doomsday-prepper bunker to make it pretty or look at returning back to original use.

8 x Vintage 20th Century Victorian CAMS Motorsport Dinner 1992 Dinner/Shell Fuel? coasters

Offered for set of eight vintage 20th Century Australian rare commemorative and decorative metal coasters, some dating from 1992 and produced by Modern Promotions Pty Ltd (Melbourne).

Each coaster features a rounded square metal form, having brushed and polished finishes with an embossed design. Five have been produced for the 1992 Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) Victorian Motorsport Dinner (this peak body for Australian motorsport was in 2020 renamed as Motorsport Australia) and as such would have been produced in very limited numbers. Three have a realistic image of a scallop shell – considering these were curated from the same source (and have very similar material appearances) there’s the possibility of there being an (unproven) link to Shell Fuels sponsoring/involved with the same event.

Most likely these went into the pocket of an attendee as a souvenir!

An interesting and rare Australian motorsport collectable.

All are in very good overall condition. There is patination appropriate with these being a proper vintage items and not modern reproductions.

Each CAMS coaster measures 9.3cm x 9.3cm, and scallop shell coaster 9.6cm x 9.6cm approximately.

RARE Vintage 20th Century Australian FX-FJ Holden 1980

3rd Victorian Titles windcheater

Offered for sale is this rare vintage 20th Century Australian printed windcheater, dating from 1980. Produced for the 3rd FX-FJ Holden (Melbourne Chapter) State Victorian Titles. Made by E.D. Garments.

Given this garment is 45 years old (and would have been produced in limited numbers) it will be one of very few remaining from this event.

The design features a multi-part garment construction in pale blue polycotton with matching cuffs and neck. The chest has a stylised FX Holden surrounded within a circular logo of wording ‘3rd Victorian Titles/I was there’ in blue screenprint.

Was carefully washed and ironed.

In very good overall original condition. There is some patination appropriate for this being a secondhand garment. Please note there is a small mark on the left sleeve (as pictured) that may need dry-cleaning to remove.

RARE Vintage 20th Century Australian FX-FJ Holden 1983

6th Victorian Titles t-shirt

Offered for sale is this rare vintage 20th Century Australian printed t-shirt, dating from 1983. Produced for the 6th FX-FJ Holden (Melbourne Chapter) State Titles (and sponsored by Rare Spares).

Given this garment is 42 years old (and would have been produced in limited numbers) it will be one of very few remaining from this event.

The design features a multi-part garment construction in pale blue cotton with dark blue cotton cuffs and neck. The chest has a stylised FJ Holden within a map of Victoria, and ‘6th State Titles 1983’/’Sponsored by Rare Spares’ wording in black screenprint.

Was carefully washed and ironed.

UNIQUE Vintage 20th Century Australian Shedwork/Bogan Art tree slice of Victorian Police car

Offered for sale is this unique and hilarious vintage 20th Century original Australian Shedwork/Bogan Art tree slice decoupage, most likely dating from the 1990’s.

The one-off design features a paper cut-out with bemused child (possibly holding a speeding ticket) perched on a Victoria Police EB Falcon (rego MWO-721 or 731) set on a high-gloss varnished, thick slice of pine. The image was possibly originally published in a magazine, newspaper or police publication.

You’ll not find another like this!

In very good overall original condition. Over time the wood has patinated and worn, appropriate with being a correct vintage item and not modern reproduction.

Offered for sale is this framed Australian automotive/racing collector’s souvenir photograph of the multi-race winning 2003 Ford AU Falcon Stone Brothers Pirtek V8 supercar, driven by Marcus Ambrose and Greg Ritter.

With 45 podium finishes and 25 outright wins, this famous early-2000’s race car was subject of a detailed, ground-up restoration by Ross and Jimmy Stone and remains in their ownership.

Offered for sale is this extremely rare vintage 20th Century Australian Holden Dealer Team 1987 official calendar.

As paper ephemera rarely lasts (and these were meant to be used then thrown away), this is a hard-to-find motor-racing memorabilia item. Perhaps rarer than the Polarizer!

Features a wonderful collection of colour photographs featuring Australian motoring legend and icon Peter Brock and the HDT highlights from the 1986 racing season.

In very good overall original condition. There is some patination, appropriate for this being a proper vintage item and not modern reproduction. Harley Davidson iron-on transfers

Offered for sale are these two New Old Stock (NOS) vintage 20th Century USA-made Harley Davidson iron-on transfers, most likely printed by ROACH Perma-Trans Products (Ohio) and estimated as dating from the late 1970’s to 1980’s. For sale as a pair, will not separate so if you ask it will be ignored/deleted without reply.

The first features the iconic ‘Ride to live, live to ride’ logo, surrounding a winged skull with the open desert highway beckoning. There is some patination to the paper, the reverse of the transfer also has some patination but no obvious tears or rips. Measures 20cm x 26cm approximately.

The second is a glitter iron-on with the globally-recognised Harley Davidson badge, surmounted by an American Eagle. There is some patination to the paper, the reverse of the transfer has some patination but no obvious tears or rips. Measures 28cm x 21.5cm approximately.

Offered for sale is this pair of vintage 20th Century French CIBIE Super Oscar spotlight/driving/fog lights and cover caps, estimated as dating from the 1960’s to 1970’s.

Complete your vintage rally or road car with this authentic pair of classics! Both were tested, both work (one bulb was replaced with a brand new 100w).

In very good original condition, no chipping to lenses or dents to the lamp backs (which is hard to find) and chrome surrounds are in excellent condition. One lamp has a small loss to the internal silvering (as pictured) and the wiring on another could be replaced (but does work). The reverse of both lamps have some black scale and patina, but you could either enjoy their original look or easily have them shot-blasted and repainted. Both cover caps show some wear and loss (although a variety of suppliers can provide NOS).

Vintage 21st Century (2005) Australian 13th Kustom Kulture Picnic t-shirt by Johns Rod & Custom

Offered for sale is this retro early-21st Century Australian-made commemorative t-shirt, created by Blue Gum (for John’s Rod & Custom) for the 13th Annual Kustom Kulture Weekend (held 28-30th October 2005). Started in the 1980’s and still operating today, John’s Rod & Custom is well-known for providing a wide range of hot rod parts, clothing and lifestyle items.

The eye-catching design features a great variety of rockabilly/psychobilly, hot rod and custom-car culture iconography. Central is a chopped-down yellow 1920/30’s hot rod coupe with a V8 (complete with open intakes), guided by a sunglassed figure with their flat-top flying in the breeze. Above this is a ‘Straight Aces’ poker-hand with the ace of spades on top and ‘Lucky 13th’ wording above this. Below the cards and hot rod are event details are five event company logos. The reverse features the John’s Rod & Custom logo.

UNIQUE Vintage 20th Century Australian Shedwork

Offered for sale is this unique vintage 20th Century Australian-made shedwork British Petroleum (BP) petrol station, most likely dating from the 1960’s to 1970’s. The NMRA Roadside Assistance sticker indicates this was most likely originally constructed in NSW.

A one-off piece of both Folk Art and Petroliana/Garaganalia that was probably made by a parent/grandparent for their child. Constructed from wood and painted in enamels, this is nicely detailed and great fun.

Great for any automotive collector, display your model cars!

Overall in very good condition, there is one very small crack in the Lubrication Bay/Workshop (that could be repaired) and one bowser is missing (that could be easily recreated).

It depicts the famous ‘Black Beauty’ 1979 Ford XC Falcon coupe of Alan Moffat and John Fitzpatrick, powering out of Murray’s Corner at the bottom of Conrod Straight. Vvvvrrroooooooooommmmmmmmmm!

Harley Davidson display collection vintage 20th Century (1992) poster plus 2 x MAISTO diecasts

Offered for sale is this collection of vintage 20th Century and 2012 Harley Davidson items. The 1992 poster was printed in Australia by Koala Posters Publishing Pty Ltd (based in Lithgow, NSW) and both die-cast models are by Maisto.

The poster depicts a 1992 Fatboy in blue and white and was produced for ‘The Harley Davidson Collection’ range (Collectable Series No.4). In very good condition, there are a few areas of light wear (as pictured) but presents nicely overall. Measures 51cm x 41cm (framed) approximately.

The two 2012 Maisto Harleys are from their ‘H-D Custom’ range. Included is a 1958 FLH Duo Glide (in blue and white), and a 2008 FXSTH Night Train (in black). Neither appear to have been removed from their presentation boxes and present in excellent condition.

RARE Vintage 20th Century Australian Olympic Tyres tie-clip

Offered for sale is this rare vintage 20th Century Australian Olympic Tyres tie-clip, made in Melbourne by Stokes and most likely dating from the 1960’s to 1970’s. Stokes has been producing badges, plated metalware and trophies since 1856 and continues operating today. Established by Sir Frank Beaurepaire in 1933 (at a new factory in West Footscray), Olympic Tyres was a prominent brand that continued production until 2008 (when the last tyre manufacturing plant in Australia ceased operation).

A hard-to-find automobilia collectable - as these would have only been available within the company (for managers, sales representatives, etc). The design features Olympic’s classically-inspired logo of a discuss thrower surmounting a large capital ‘O’.

Vintage original 20th Century Ferrari 750 Monza Mille Maglia advertising print

Offered for sale is this vintage 20th Century Ferrari ‘750 Monza’ print, most likely dating from the late-1950’s. Research indicates these were originally produced for either affixing to plastic model kit boxes, featured in a period model kit catalogue or appeared in automotive magazine advertisements. Removal from the frame for inspection revealed an MG 1500 on the reverse (as well as confirming it being a correct printed item and not modern reproduction) - another version features a XK140 Jaguar on the reverse.

In a charming 1950’s-advertising style, the design features a 1954/55 Ferrari 750 Monza (in Maranello Gallo yellow) powering its way out of a rain-covered, sweeping left bend – exciting! With haybales placed along the road it’s depicted racing in the original Italian Mille Maglia (before its last official running in 1957).

Perfect for decorating any home (a child’s bedroom, library) or business (especially a garage, vintage car workshop or man/lady-cave).

The print is in very good original condition, no fading or tears. The current frame required a small repair to make firm but still works perfectly well. Please note there is a very small crack in the bottom left-hand of the glass (hard to spot but want to note for a full description).

Titled ‘Australia Remembers’, it details the first nine winners of the relaunched Australian Formula One race (from 1985 to 1994). Features absolute legends of the sport, including Senna, Schumacher and Mansell. In a large size format that looks very impressive.
